Nigel Guenole is a psychologist and entrepreneur specializing in talent assessment. With his co-founders, he scaled a company to assess millions of candidates in 20 countries and successfully exited. He previously spent a decade at IBM working on assessment.

His writing on assessment has been cited thousands of times. He has served on the editorial boards for work psychology journals in the field and is an elected Fellow of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP) for contributions to assessment science.

He advises clients internationally on how to build assessment systems that are reliable, valid, fair, and deliver strong candidate experiences. He works at all levels of assessment, from high-volume hiring systems to executive and board-level assessment processes.
